Ilana Herst is often compared to Ruston Kelly and The Goo Goo Dolls, but those in the know will also find traces of James Taylor and Jackson Browne in her layered and emotional lyrical style. Herst's original music is featured in indie film soundtracks, premiered at film festivals, and has received radio airplay. Most recently, Ilana completed recording her second EP, Flowers for the Battle Born, debuting in November 2021.
